Spring Run
10,000 Steps Challenge

To support the physical and mental wellbeing of our clergy members,
the Clergy Life and Ministry Office launched the PriestFit Program in 2025. The program provides guidance and support for members of clergy wishing to enhance their physical activity, offering options such as one-on-one personal training with Fr Jaycee Napoles, remote coaching, participation in health and wellness webinars, and a variety of physical activity challenges.

In spring 2025, Clergy Life and Ministry Office launched the first activity of the program,
the ‘10,000 Steps Challenge’.

This challenge encouraged participants to walk 10,000 steps a day throughout September, supporting both physical fitness and overall wellbeing.

In 2026, the 10,000 Steps Challenge will return for the entire month of September,
featuring updated categories. More information will be shared in the future.
Participants can register and track their steps from anywhere in the world!
